Former Ad Executive Reveals Key to Success in Debut Book

Nobody ever said that climbing your way up the corporate ladder is an easy feat, but it’s not impossible either. Joseph Cronin’s first-ever self-published book,Theory You, aims to mentor students and budding professionals towards the path of corporate success.

Along with many tips and working guidelines in the book, Joseph’s main advice is to start managing yourself even before you start managing others.

Joseph believes that self-mentoring is necessary for young people who are new to the world of business—especially in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing market.

Like many good writers, Joseph drew lessons and inspirations from his own corporate experiences and career observations. His career portfolio includes an executive position at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising. He also played an important part in saving Chrysler from near bankruptcy during the ’80s.

Now jet-setting his way around Asia, North America, Europe, South America, Australasia, and Africa, Joseph has enriched his views on the impacts of global marketing and globalisation in general—things he’d love to share to any newbie in the corporate world.

For Joseph, success should not just remain a dream because each one of us has the power to make it a reality.

This month, join us while we sit down with Joseph and talk about his debut book, his ideas, and his advice to young professionals all over the world.
